Apple advertising trap, how is Apple become a monopoly by advertising

The primary sources for revenue for most applications are ad, Apple seems to be creating a monopoly in this space, let’s understand how. If you want to upload an app on the app store you have to pay 30% commission fee on every transaction which takes place on that app, this is highly controversial and detrimental to the small scale Apps, to escape from this many Apps like Facebook Instagram etc have resorted to ad revenue as it escapes the 30% commission fee, in 2020 Apple introduced the ‘ do not track’ feature on IOS which restricted other Applications to put targeted ads, this made companies lose billion for example Facebook lost a whopping 13 billion dollar due to it, this seems to be a good think right and a good way for ensuring privacy, but here is the thing, Apple introduced the compulsory feature that they would go across all your photo messages etc and check if there is any explicit or illegal content in the phone if it is there it will send it to the fbi, so basically Apple had the right to access your data but other companies did not, why is Apple doing it? Apple wants to create advertising monopoly, with so much data available to them they have started putting ads on their Apps like maps weather etc, they are eliminating the competition and creating a monopoly for themself, this is the Apple Advertising trap
